To introduce youngsters to new methods to understand themselves better and communicate their feelings with their close environment as a first step in fighting deeper psychological problems derived from common social issues such as isolation and stress.

CAMPAIGN RATIONALE
Currently, there is a stigma around mental health issues - people tend to hold their emotions and problems inside and not seek for help when it is needed, because of fears of being excluded from their communities. This, in turn, leads to deeper psychological problems, feelings of loneliness, deprivation from the society, depression and even suicide.

DESCRIPTION
The campaign consists of online and offline activities. Offline, we will implement workshops in different schools and youth centers in Tallinn. The workshops will serve as an introduction to self-awareness and they will be based in non-formal education methods (being interactive and participatory).
The objective of the workshops is to present the campaign, introduce the concept of self-awareness and its importance, and offer guidance and space for youngsters to practice a series of methods for understanding themselves better and have healthier habits.

MATERIALS
