After a first day focused on catching up and settling down here in Poznan, the second day of this evaluation meeting was dedicated to zoom in on each developed campaign, draw conclusions and share our successes and difficulties with the rest of the group.

As a first step to understand the development process and the nature of each campaign, we started in the morning by going into country groups. It was time to present the results of our campaigns, and for that we received instructions for preparing a presentation in five different stages:

1. A 90-second pitch about the theme of the campaign;

2. A Facebook group post about the successes and achievements of the campaign;

3. One page written evaluative description about the process from beginning to end:

- What happened? (the good, the bad and the ugly).

- Who did what and when? (what roles did you and others have, how did everyone do).

- What did you experience? (what were the highs and the lows).

4. Flip chart poster to present to the rest of the group containing the name, team, theme, target group and other technical details of the campaign.

5. A photograph montage of the difficulties and failures of the process, as well as lessons learned.

Groups had 2,5 hours to prepare all the tasks with support from the trainers and frequent check-ups, and then we presented all these different perspectives before going and enjoying a rich and tasty lunch. It was a really insightful exercise, since not everyone in the group kept full track of all the other campaigns happening during the year, and this helped us understand the process and relate to some common challenges we all went through.

The afternoon session was then focused on looking back at the manual that was initiated last March in Estonia. The manual will be a concrete physical result of the whole project, and it is design as a support resource on campaigning tools, steps for developing social blended campaigns with young people, as well as testimonials and tips and tricks learnt from the experience of this year. The group was divided into working teams of three people who tool on specific chapters of the manual and developed them further.

In conclusion, this day brought our experiences closer together and helped us share the realities of the implementation process, ups and downs we went through this year, and was a good base to continue reflecting tomorrow on our impact with the local target groups.
